The overall objective of certification is to ensure you have a solid understanding of the EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 and the many ways these can be used to enhance individual, team and leadership effectiveness. Expect to leave the live, virtual train-the-trainer certification workshop comfortable, confident, and ready to begin using and administering the EQ-i Workplace, Leadership, Group and 360 assessments with your employees or clients. This online certification course, licensed by Multi-Health Systems Inc., will include detailed information and instruction on the administration, scoring, interpretation, development, norming, reliability and validity of the EQ-i 2.0. Certification with The Ei Coach gives you the information you need to make educated and informed decisions regarding your employees or clients and to form the basis of a sound emotional intelligence skills development program.
