As a FORTÉ® Master Certified Trainer I can certify you or your team to bring the benefits of Forté to your organization. Certification is offered online or in person.
A New Perspective
During certification, you’ll learn how to coach individuals and teams to flex their communication style so each person’s ideas are accepted, understood and acted upon. You’ll receive specific direction on how to leverage Forté with your clients to help them maintain positive, trusting relationships and show an appreciation of others’ strengths.
Continued Success
Certification includes a personalized Forté summary report and coaching debrief. You’ll identify your communication strengths and potential areas of misunderstanding. At the end of certification, you’ll be equipped to use Forté to improve synergy in working relationships and maximize team performance.
